Customer service seems happy and ready to assist in the likelihood of any issues if you do have any. This is the first rangefinder i have owned and i'm happy to say it does not disappoint at all. You won't be disappointed with this rangefinder.

There is belt * the case if you want, but i would prefer not having it attached to me. It locks in extremely fast, but you need a steady hand to get it to lock in on the flag. The flag pole lock feature is fast.

The battery lasts a long time! It has a rechargeable, integral lithium battery that seems to last forever. The rechargeable batter is a big plus since i can charge it with a standard cable.

This unit has a slope function that adjusts distances depending on the incline or decline of the green. The slope adjustment feature gives you a more accurate reading with those uphill and downhill shots.

The unit fails to aquire the flag (or any target) and won't lock on. The yardage just spins around never locking onto the flag. Also had trouble locating the flag many times.

This range finder is amazing for golfing and hunting. Great for hunters and golfers. Still a source of hilarity when i golf with my golfer.

This range finder is the best value for money spent. My family owns 3 of these range finders as my two sons and i play regularly but at different courses so we cannot share.

Battery drained within an hour of putting it in. Different yardages on the same object standing in the same place. Tried replacing the batter and still shut off after 5 min of use.
