The adjustability is outstanding and it has made a big difference now that we're both sleeping with our heads elevated. Vibration is used nightly, adjusts very well.

The zero gravity position is a little slice of heaven on earth. The motors are very quiet and move smoothly. The zero gravity push button on the remote really does feel like zg.

This bed is extremely sturdy and assembled very easily. Getting it the box up the stairs and then lifting the assembled platform into the existing bed frame were a bit challenging. The base itself is great quality and very sturdy.

We are both pleased with the price, features and how it operates. Purchasing this product through amazon saved me over $1,000. Great price, compared to local retailers.

I use it with a helix mattress which uses a combination of pocketed coils and memory foam. The pillow is very cool and feels comfortable and supportive. Even the mattress is very comfortable.

It is silent, so you can put it completely flat and do your things. The remote is easy to use. If you press a random button to get the lights to turn on, you have 2 seconds to hunt for the button you really need.

Everything comes in separate shipments. While the beds are heavy and it was a bit of a chore for us older folks getting them in the house. No scratches, dents or tears on the boxes.

The only downfall is no side rails do to the mattresses move. Mattress is very firm. It's perfect not too firm and not too plush.

Just the elimination of the snoring is worth the money. This bed blows it away.

The bed adjusts easily to just about any position i want. The adjustable base works great. It is nice to be able to adjust sleep settings with the memory feature.

They want like $600 in freight and restocking fees to return it and in original box. The plug is so short i have to now buy an extension cord.

There are other issues with an inconsistently running massager. The mattress is junk.
