They need a better coating or something. They are even worse! Not a fan. Disappointed with spending the money.

The pill is too large and hard to *. A bunch of them were broken and couldn't be swallowed. Standing over the sink and coughing up lodged pills is not fun. Dextrose raises blood sugar.

Just started taking these. Feeling good and energized. It flushes you. Without the cramps some pills can give you.
