Exceptional buy, truly nonstick easy to clean or just wipe off. Easy to clean. It's sturdy and so far has been resistant to scratches.
The coating is marginally non-stick. The description says safe for metal utensils. The instructions that come with the product say twice to not put in the dishwasher.
The one with the info was found, the 2nd one was not. Why they don't at least attach the 2, or ship them in the same wrapper is beyond me. It just keeps flaking off more and more.
