The silicone fits very snuggly on the chair legs and aren't going to budge. The chair slide easily without making any noise, and our floors are protected. It seems that it was with a couple of caveats.

These are great when you are pushing an empty chair in or, in our case, our 3 yr pushing the chair over to the cabinet to root around for candy. They seem durable and well constructed. They work well to protect our flooring.

They grip nicely. Did exactly as advertised. These are really easy to install.

These aren't great for sofas or recliners. After much force is applied, the felt center of the sticker rips off.

Would absolutely not recommend purchasing these. They are completely ineffective because they deteriorate so quickly. They do nothing.
