The adjustable platform is well made and easy to setup. Everything was packaged well enough.

The chair itself isn't bad on being comfortable but the cylinder stem that goes up and down settles to the bottom quite often.

We find everything to be especially sturdy. The frame is very sturdy and seems like it will last for a long time. Easy set up, everything was connected already and synced up. Easy to manufacture.

Matress alone is incredibly comfortable. Vibrations are surprisingly powerful, not like a shiatsu massage by any means. Only dislike is the very noticeable odor it gives off.

This is one of the nicest things we've bought ourselves. It seems to be of good quality. But at the end of the day my wife and i are quite satisfied with the purchase.

With the head up both of us are able to breathe better in spite of copd. Since we are aging, body core strength has diminished & we often wake up with back pain for a while. Support is excellent.

The remote itself is a horrible design. Who watches tv like that? Do not recommend. There is a serious manufacturing flaw right there. Do not use this seller.

I am back to allowing the warranty dept to spend more moeny trying to repair this pos.
