Great sleep aid, at 55 what little hair i have started to turn gray, i dint buy this to help with that and it did.
Where western medicine has failed us, herbal medicine has not. This supplement is a little on the pricey side, so i may experiment with some other supplements before taking it long term. They help with my hot flashes i don't get them as bad now!
