The body of the mic is top notch. The only downside is that it doesn't do well if you like to handle the mic a lot. It’s a no brained! Easy to use.
Quality is pretty good and the audio isnt tinny which i was happy about. The sound quality you get for the price is unmatched. I have to boost it a bit in my daw, but it's far clearer than my previous mic.

Usb cable supplied with the products is loose, and the socket it plugs into is wobbly. Tested it on 4 other computers - including mac, windows, and chrome - and had the same problems. Apparently this has something to do with a sample rate mismatch.

This is absurd. The person who's trying to help is quite dumb and had reading comprehension problem. Not very helpful. Sadly, that’s about all it's good for.
Many, many problems configuring the product and using it with recording software. It checks for updates, and downloads them, but it never actually updates the software.
