The fifine dynamic microphone is both xlr and usb-c compatible. The usb connection gives you the ease-of-use of usb with the benefit of upgrading to an xlr interface later. There is a tap-to-mute button on the top of the mic.
The build quality is okay it's sturdy enough. The construction is not fancy but it looks clean and minimal (compared to other mics) which fits my aesthetic.

Very bad audio pick up even when using different mixers. Not sure if this is typical for this mic, or if mine is defective. Would not recommend super lightweight as well.
Software is great if you want to add eq, compression or reverb. It is plugged into to my usb hub. It has a single-direction mode and an omni-directional mode.

Headphone volume adjustment is now useless. Instead, the knob now adjusts the windows software volume. The gain is ridiculously high and even barely speaking gets distorted.
