The idea is to get the whole assembly of straps underneath the mattress. When all of the straps are attached just start tightening the adjustments until there's enough tension to keep the sheet in place. You can also tighten them up.

I am pleasantly surprised at how well this works. It sinks in a bit on my foam mattress but keeps the flat sheet from moving. Not perfect yet so much better with it to keep sheet better secured.

It functions perfectly just as the advertisement described. My hat is off to the entrepreneur who developed the product.

The elastic holds the bottom sheet in place. This works well for me, got a 4 inch thick topper. I also have them installed on 2 twin, adjustable beds.

Gave as a gift to my 5 year old granddaughter. Drives me nuts. High quality and i am confident it will last.
