Nylon sheet fasteners are just what i needed. They hold very securely. Plastic clenching system may not be as durable as metal ones.

The idea is to get the whole assembly of straps underneath the mattress. When all of the straps are attached just start tightening the adjustments until there's enough tension to keep the sheet in place. You can also tighten them up.

These do the job and are inexpensive to purchase. But, yeah. Highly recommend buying this. They are awesome!

Broke in the first 5 minutes of installing them. The middle strap is always very very loose and i have it as tight as it will go.
