This bulb puts out a lot more light than the halogen bulb that was replaced. Thankfully the fixture we are using it in is opaque and spreads the light well enough.

Both bulbs started to flicker ( annoyingly) after about a little over a year of use. This bulb randomly flashes above 50% and blinks under 20%.
