This is not cheap pan as it is polished and thick. I make a lot of vegetable dishes and sauces and this is a great pan for it. I love this pan,it's the perfect size for almost everything i cook!

After melting butter, i rinse it with hot water and lightly dry it with a sponge or paper towel. Takes seasoning very well. Brush your meat with it. It pours too.

It tips easily and rust appeared almost immediately. Sending it back. Rusted after first time use.
