This pan is a good in between size for smaller batches of soup or pasta. Perfect size for making soup.

It distributes heat well and it won't warp. I find that i use this one often since it’s just the size that i need and it heats up quickly.

The stainless steel cleans easily. It's very versatile.

Great for melting butter, making bbq sauce, or keeping warm for basting meat. Works on induction too. Used to make sauce on the *.

After melting butter, i rinse it with hot water and lightly dry it with a sponge or paper towel. No dish washer and no scouring. Takes seasoning very well.

Hefty and well cast. Works great, fabulous quality.

It is bigger than expected, very durable, high quality and i love it! It's small, but that's what i wanted. Plenty of room in it.
