These espird lights are great for outdoor plants. They are lightweight and easy to string up. These will be installed in a shaded area of my greenhouse. I hope they provide the right light for my plants to flourish through these dark days of winter.
The bulb itself is about 5. Watts. A little silicon lube at the outer entry lips that seal around the bulb may have helped. The switch looks to be waterproof as well.
Solid construction and heavy-duty wiring. The wiring is thick and durable. The harness with sockets has at both ends a connection plug. The string has a special connecter on the end opposite the plug and switch.
The set up for this is obviously much more involved than clip-ons. I have them in my livingroom and my plants have been doing awesome. Will take the advice of others and add a timer for the plant sleep period.
They all work as advertised. It's very simple to operate.
Comes with mounting hardware which appears to be sturdy…. They are very well built and i love the option for veg and bloom. My plants are over 3ft tall and a couple weeks from harvest!
Comes with a temp and humidity unit. They're a bit louder than i'd prefer, but the noise isn't horrible. Only complaint is that the cooling fans are quite noisy.

This light is barely fit for seedlings. These plants need closer to 60-85k lux during flowering. Herbs like chives need at least 200 and cannabis can use up to 1000.
