The bed does everything it is advertised to do. The installation is easy, and it is sturdy and versatile.
The box is very well packed (17 x 8 x 63 roughly) much smaller than expected. Advise you follow the directions explicitly and it will come together. Easy to assemble and works well.
Metal frame and legs, along with wooden slats that actually support the mattress. I am 5 foot 1 so with the mattress (10 inch) the bed is a little high but manageable.
