Got this as a replacement. Even though i got a faulty blanket, i am willing to purchase it again due to the wonderful customer service and wonderful support this company offers. Very happy with purchase and highly recommend.

Best to set on high until you get the warmth you want and then dial down a couple steps to maintain heat. It heats up very well, and has various heat settings.

Disappointed in the blanket. Doesn't heat my single worse purchase on amazon. The blanket is soft and that’s about the only good thing i can say about this product.

The controller flashes error and it doesn't work. It shuts off constantly on its own. When only 1/2 the blanket is warm it's not working right.

Only flaw is that it seems to get the hottest near the 2 plug connectors. Liked the price and overall very impressed with this blanket.

It stays on for 10 hours so no waking up cold. It warms up nicely.

Blanket is plush and soft. Pets love cuddling next to me. It is very lightweight with a comfortable level of heat.

Constantly slips away. Returning it for a refund. Seller claims there is a 5-year warranty but there is no way to contact them.

One of the controllers quit working so only one side heats up. The cord between the controller and blanket is way too short. The plug in the blanket faces the wrong direction on top of that, everything just gets humbled up.
