This is the only thing that has had an effect on my gastritis pain due to h pylori. I always start of with the lowest dose possible until i see how my system reacts to it and then i slowly increase the dosage daily until i get to the maximum dosage.

Tongkat ali works and i find this brand to be a good distributor of the product. Very reasonably priced.
