This piece of * is only 11 watts. But * it's weak. Wire spacing between plates and between plate to plug is too short for one and too long for the other.

The 200 watts it claims, is actually the led to incandescent equivalency. My camping headlamp puts out more lumens than these panels do. Maybe it's okay for countertop hydroponics. Otherwise, just don't.
