Light is easy to use, timed and does improve conditions of your plant. It's not professional advice but it's worked for me. My window sill plants which get few hours of the light they deserve are now happier!

Regular daylight bulbs in a clamp light really work for houseplants. The bulb has a timer that you set once and it comes on the same time everyday.

It fits into a normal medium sized table lamp. The lamp is propped up on a few books so that it is above the plants a little. I ordered two for my plant room's recessed can light fixtures, they are work/fit perfect.

The bulb has a built in timer with three settings. The timer setting is easy and convenient to use as well. Memorizing the button presses would help with that, but placement elsewhere on the bulb should be considered.

After 7 hours each time, the bulb was still lit. Google tells me this is not the most efficient plant light color. But everytime i try to use the timer function it turns off after about a minute and wont go back on.

The perfect sun to grow indoor veggies and plants. They are not overwhelming or distracting but cover 6-8 propagations and a mature network plant. My succulents live indoor in this blooming table.

The two arms are flexible so they they can be moved/adjusted to various levels and positions. Hopefully it has good longevity. Fast shipping too.

These lights clamp perfectly onto the rim of the cabinets. Bulbs are built in and do not seem to be replaceable. The light is a bit more purple than i expected, not quite warm white.

After only about two weeks, it seems like the wire is coming out of the controls. It just flickers when i try to turn it on manually. There's no way to change the bulb either, so now it's completely worthless. It is not durable.

The cord is almost less then 2 feet in length and doesn't quiet reach where i need it to go. Only after 2 months of usage, not even 7 months at 12 hrs a day. Absolute junk buyer beware!
