Solid material and sturdy upon first use. Easy to install and quiet.

Bracket has a little wiggle room for insulation of bolts. They even give you the lag bolts to put in. Makes swinging smooth and silent.

The swing hanger itself seems heavy and strong but the carabiners included do not work with the main pieces. This hardware appears to be black zinc coated but it’s a very oily black oxide coating that will quickly rust.

The bearings inside are loose in the centerpiece. The bearings are a very sloppy fit in the eyelet pieces. Already worn out after 3 months with a 5 year old swinging. Started noticing the bottom of her feet were getting covered with black dust.

No lock washer or crimp nut because the cross bolt is too close to holes. No snap clips or fasteners.
