Diosmin has irritating side effects. Poor circulation in legs very bad and painful. Don’t waste your money. I'm still on the search for anything that can naturally repair or manage a varicocele.

Jarrow gaba is great for anxiety, calming, and sleep. Starting with those promoting/inducing relaxation to those inducing mental focus. This helps tremendously with restless leg syndrome which sometimes keeps me awake.

A trustworthy company is essential and i trust jarrow. Works amazingly well. Gaba helps immensely with that.

Gaba sooth has no detrimental side effects, and it is soothing. At night it's a nondrowsy product but relaxes you're relaxed into sleep, not shoved into it.

L-theanine and ashwagandha seem to be very promising. Is similar to serotonin. Gaba seems to do it smoothly, and as i use prescription medicines, whatever i try had better sync with the daily stuff.
