However, zero duds so far. I buy the big boxes because it saves money. Even if they don't, they come in a pack of ten so we have plenty of spares for years to come.
These bulbs are real bright clean crisp light. They look good off, too, with a reflector design that doesn't obviously look like an led. They're nice and bright, and we're an easy direct swap.
The are useless, overpriced and never have i been able to get in contact with the manufacturer. Only lasted 1000 hrs. Obviously engineered to intentionally fail early.
The bulbs are clearly incandescent 50 watt bulbs that are made of glass tubing. I have a lutron fancy dimmer switch that has an adjustable potentiometer built in to help with flickering and this is not the issue.
The leds seem to handle under/over voltage quite well. V they work fine and just get brighter. The color cycles are nice and slow enough to avoid grabbing attention and becoming distracting.
Great for diy projects. Extra length is the proverbial icing on the proverbial cake of an already-good-quality item.
These led bulbs are very dim. Even more bothersome was the mix of voltages in my packet; 6 packages of 3-3. They pop when you hook them to three volt. Not happy at all.
