Research suggests that l-citrulline malate is more effective at arginine production than taking actual arginine. I add a scoop or two to my pre workout of choice and it does the job.
The taste is refreshing and very sweet for a sugar free supp. Flavor is tart but not overwhelmingly tart. Strawberry kiwi tastes great, almost too sweet.
