This warming blanket is wonderfully comfortable and a pleasure to use. The blanket is soft and plush even without the power on. It’s super soft, heats up quickly and evenly, and is perfect for 2 people with different preferences.

If you want a seller that stands behind their product, this is for you. Only issue i have with it is the inability to have it completely dried by machine.

Customer service is nonexistent. Website for product gives zero info. Company’s website seems to be a dead end for support and i could only enter my email to subscribe to their newsletter. I have little hope that the company will honor the warranty.

Heating blankets just arent what they used to be. Skip this one.

It’s only been 3 months. Purchased october of 2021, stopped working march of 2022. Not even 6 months.
