Glass came scratched, qc is basically nonexistent. Plastic tray feels cheap and not what i expected. It wasn't even packaged well.

The unit is perfect size on my counter. It is pretty sturdy too! The only thing is, you will need a small phillips head screwdriver to screw on the knob that goes on the front. It comes with a cheap plastic insert to hold the k-cups.
