The thermal mass of this beast is awesome. What keeps me from loving it is the time it takes to re-heat between pizzas. Handles large or small size pizzas with equal ease.

Pizza crust and underside is unbelievable. My pizza crust springs up and the bottom is crispy. The finish has been bead blasted to give it a clean and great working surface.

In all seriousness -- this is an absolute game changer if you make your own pizza. The cons are minor, but worth mentioning.

The most i've done is to wipe / scrape it down to get off any burnt cheese or flour. Requires washing w/ dish soap and water, followed by immediate very thorough drying prior to seasoning in the oven.

It is insanely heavy. It starts rusting even before i used it. Extremely disappointed. Now it’s just useless &amp.

Non stick and makes homemade crust light and crispy. Great for small pita pizzas, tortizzas (what i call tortilla pizzas), and flatbreads. Best feature is that with a frozen pizza the crust gest crisp.

This pizza pan is awesome! Even nicer than my caphalon one. This is my favorite pizza pan i have encountered in my 47 years.

It's a few bucks more than a cheap stamped pan, but well worth it. They are amazing! I don’t have any negatives to report, they are fantastic!

No scratches or cuts so far. It really is non-stick and feels like it will last forever. No stick for sure and easy to clean.
