The image is of a fake game cartridge and it's is unlucky that you would be given a real copy. Slowed up late, get disappointed with seller. Broken or fake piece of junk.

These seem comparable in quality for a fraction of the price. Feels a little cheap, but works 100% as intended.

There are no slots for the micro fuse holder to hold this fuse in. Will not plug into the fuse box on 2016 f150. Does not fit snugly in the fuse socket. The fuses are too wide.
