There’s so much that is new and surprising here, all shared with great clarity and a very light touch. It sparkles like new.
The author is a practicing dermatologist. The book also neglects the subject of diet entirely.

This book has good graphics and layout, and enough content to satisfy my needs. For a mostly descriptive and instructional book it also has a style of personal storytelling. Very practical information combined with scientific rationales.
I'm a big skimmer but this book kept me captivated on every page.
The pictures are vibrant and the stories are well written. It seems to be a very good start, even if only to show me up close the ones i would feel too squeamish to even touch. Great photos on quality paper.
