It works for me so far even with my diverticilosis and extensive scarring of the bowel from infections. Helps with digestion; helps with regularity, and my lactose intolerance is less worrisome too.

I think it helps me because i'm in perimenopause. Detoxes the liver. Using this for lowering blood pressure. No adverse affects.
Contains cayenne so it was quite warm but used a bit of butter to coat * afterwards. Capsules are easy to *. I enjoy that the capsules are vegan as well!
