This is perfect to sip during and after a workout. The taste of the watermelon flavor reminds me a bit of a frozen popcicle. It tastes a lot better than energy drinks to all of us.

The powder takes a bit of stirring to dissolve in cold water. To me it's like super sweet kool-aid, so i dilute it in about a half gallon of water and sip on it all day. It mixes well in water and dissolves really well.
