These casters were used on heavy plant dollies on my deck out doors. They roll over the rough planking with ease -- the same planking that broke several dollies from hardware stores. Quiet, sturdy and rolls easily.
Rubber wheels hold drill press/grinder/vice cart in place. Allows me to maneuver my heavy bench anywhere in my shop with one hand. But the swivel function is not as quick and smooth as the wheels.
Comes with free screw driver cheap one don’t need. Cordless drill works good. Comes with the hardware & a decent screwdriver.
Good quality but don't plan on using them with 85 lb per caster. Used them for my planters. Swivel on them work and for a rolling light pedestal that i made.
I'm a novice diy'er and bought these little wheels with brakes - oh my gosh they're awesome. Smooth rotation allows for effortless maneuverability.
The twelve i bought are defective all of them. Most of them are bent and coated with this black, thick lard type of grease. The locks are super hard to engage and the wheels don't rotate or swivel easily.
