These casters were used on heavy plant dollies on my deck out doors. They roll over the rough planking with ease -- the same planking that broke several dollies from hardware stores. Quiet, sturdy and rolls easily.

Rubber wheels hold drill press/grinder/vice cart in place. Allows me to maneuver my heavy bench anywhere in my shop with one hand. But the swivel function is not as quick and smooth as the wheels.

Comes with free screw driver cheap one don’t need. Cordless drill works good. Comes with the hardware & a decent screwdriver.

Easy to move the pallet around and lock in place. I like that when you lock the wheel, the pivot also locks. It moves smoothly and easily as needed on my patio.

Wheels fit better, lock and have no noise when the sub's are playing. Tires are quiet rolling and compliant but will flat spot a little after sitting in one position. No problem going over carpet and onto wood floors.

But the swivel may as well not exist.
