These are excellent sturdy, smooth, soft, non-marring castors. Rolls well over hardwood floors. I would roll the dice and buy then again for any other project.

Locking is effective, but a bit hard to get to the lever on the casters so i have to use my hand to snap in place.

These are inexpensive, good quality, and screws included. Easy to install. Comes with all 4 caster, hardware and a screwdriver.

Stable and secure spinning bookcase that can be easily repositioned. No noise when moving the large and bulky piece. It gets moved around my small wood shop every day on a cement floor with all kinds of sawdust and debris.

These casters look great. Really nice and solid. Would have no hesitation ordering a set of these for similar uses.

The frames, the hardware and the wheels are much beefier, heavier and stronger. I have a huge quartz work bench that probably weighs 300-400 pounds. Bought these for a router cabinet/bench.

You can eyeball/measure the install location by visually inspecting the mechanics of the foot lever. Predrilling the screw holes is needed.

They tend to drop to the stationary position when i move the saw. When i raise my bench they are not perpendicular to the floor. No measurements or even suggestions on instillation height.

What a bummer. Only for the purpose of saving other people money aggravation and possible injury.
