Product is as described. Was well packaged and arrived promptly. Good overall and seems to hold the weight they are rated at. These are cheaper and better than what’s available from harbor freight.

Wheel material is rubbery, grippy and rolls smoothly. Smooth rolling, very sturdy, swiveling is smooth. Rolls well over hardwood floors.

The locking mechanism is easy to engage and disengage. The easy way to release the lever is to use one finger to flip the lever out of the lock position.

These caster wheels are now on an original library card catalog cabinet. The locking mechanisms are easy to use and provide a firm lock on the wheels.

The clearance for bolts / nuts is so tight you can't get a ratchet on them. This makes installing them a nightmare.
