The brakes hold tight and it rolls smooth when not braked. When the wheels are free they glide so effortlessly even on uneven concrete. I wish they sold them in sets where 2 wheels were directional.

Came with attaching screws and/or bolts. Nice and sturdy. Fastener is good quality too and it came with a correct size screwdriver.

The wheel locks are foot operated and snap firmly on and off. The locks work smoothly and easily.

This product basically has a plastic hub and we had two wheels that failed catastrophically with less than 200lbs of weight on them.

The kit includes all screws, locking nuts required, as well as low cost assembly wrenches with which to tighten the bolts. The screws seem to be made of a soft metal combined with a small phillip's head.

The lever is extremely hard to press. The wheel brwcket and foot pedal is garbage. I'm thinking about upgrading to the 880 lbs rated wheels, but i'm hesitant because they may have the same "structural" defect.

The bolts for the kit are two short. Also, the mounting screws are made of cheap white metal that strip.

Do not use the template. That is wrong. Sending back. What a waste of time. Very disappointed in these.
