They are a caster distributer and if they dont know how to describe their own product then they don't deserve any business. They don't know what caster nt is.
It's so great to push it back under the cabinet when not in use. It is lightweight and i bought it on amazon too. Easy to install, easy to use. I do worry a bit about accidently pushing it off my desk.
