The non-stick ceramic coating is phenomenal, but time may tell a different story. The coating is ceramic and i’m satisfied with the safety. The materials it's made with allow for healthy cooking; not containing harmful chemicals.

Caraway cookware is made to last. This pot is absolutely stunning. It reminds me of good granite countertop where they're carved from one large piece. Yes, they are pricey, but you get what you pay for.

It heats well and cleans like a dream. Really heats evenly with no hot spots and no burning. The heat distributes evenly and is consistent across the cooking surface.

Flat stainless-steel bottom distributes the heat quickly and evenly. Cooks evenly. No wobbling on burner. It heats up well nice and even.

Needed to replace my old farberware saucepans (1 and 2qt) so bought the 2 qt pan. Pan that has a 2-pour spout are an excellent buy and a great product.

Bought two sizes of frying pans and delighted with them. It is an heirloom set that will certainly outlive me.

It says it should, but the cooktop just clicks over and over and indicates there's no pan on the surface. This one's a dud.
