The new pair also hurt my feet a lot, my right ankle hurts with every step, right pinky toe feels pained, and my left foot has an intensely painful pressure. They smell so chemically that i'm physically ill from the toxic material.

As for the pump- both inflates and deflates as described. This little inflator is awesome!

It’s easy to use simply attach to desired area and flip the switch. Don't let the tiny size fool you, this itty bitty pump works! Great little pump, check the dimensions, it's tiny! It works really well!

The flextailgear pump is an incredibly compact and surprisingly powerful portable air pump. It's small and lightweight but very powerful. Easy enough to protect with a pair of socks or similar.

Best for backpacking/roughing it and not glamping. Much easier to operate in a cramped space, such as inside a tent. I bring it to the beach with me and when our floats get a little mushy we just bust this baby out.
