It heats evenly and quickly, cleans up in a snap, looks appealing, and feels durable. A personal the remaining working burner on our antiquated electric stove is a little wonky. It heats quickly and very evenly.

The see-through lid has a built-in strainer on each side. The lid is snug enough that there’s no concern that it will fall off in the middle of straining. The straining feature is very useful.

The interior seems as smooth and as nonstick as it ws when brand new. The finish is a beautiful upgraded nonstick surface that they say will stand up to the * of metal utensils. Calphalon also says this is dishwasher safe.

From tossing a quick salad to pho to a hearty pot of chili. Also purchased the single handled one. Easier to grasp. It is easy to see for cooking and it works well in the microwave.

Just save the headache and do not purchase this. Very disappointing. Not good quality.

The lid is too small and does not fit. It drops to the inside of the pan. Without the rubber insert it falls completely through.

Cracked when heating on the stove. Used it less than six times on very low heat.
