It's not clingy, flows right, and the neckline is flattering. Love the square neckline. Has some drape and room so it doesn't cling.

The blue is a beautiful shade. The color is perfect, the fabric is really nice.

The sleeves came between my elbows and wrists with an xl. Bad quality. It flares out like crazy above the hips. What the heck.
