It is a little noisy, but it is not intolerable or obnoxious. Way quieter than my previous krups grinder.
Center grinding cup is removable and is dishwasher safe. Much better and more efficient than a mortar and pestle. Comes with a 3 year warranty.
Overall this grinds coffee beans and spices. After reading other reviews decided to try grinding peppercorns for general use.
This grinder is too noise than i expected. Not worth the price.
It looks like a kitchenaid, or cuisinart, or some other fancy coffee grinder. Broke after 6 months of grinding my morning coffee beans.
