I'm very disappointed in this product and at bose for allowing such a glitchy product to go to market. The app rarely connects, and i'm 20 ft away from my gig router and 10 feet from the sound bar. Buy the sonos arc instead.

The audio is crisp, clear, and loud when you want it to be. Sound clarity is exceptional. Voices are crisp, detailed and separation is great.
