This is the second bose sound product i've purchased inthe last month. The first was a new ultra soundbar with base module and surround speakers. Still delivers a great audio quality, which is expected from bose.

The quality and performance of this unit is outstanding. It is the perfect soundbar for your average size living or bedroom. Great, especially considering townhomes have shared walls.

The sleek design seamlessly complements my tv setup. I love its short stature as it actually fits under my smart tv which is just sitting on a console so not much clearance. The only complaint i have is it was taller than the tvs edge.

It's clear that they are done with not just innovating, but simple providing a most basic option for projection. Instructions from bose are severely inadequate. Do your research outside of bose supported review boards.

The sound only comes out of the subwoofer 50% of the time. The audio will randomly drop for 3-4 seconds every hour or so. Hated the sound on this thing.

After multiple attempts it seems to have synced. Customer support online is baffled by this with no answers. Trying to call the helpdesk was a waste of time.

Tv randomly shuts off while connected to the bose. It refuses to operate with the tv remote, no mater how many times we reset it. Maybe the provided hdmi cable is incompatible with lg tv.

Side speaker singular wouldn't power on at all. Frustrating and overly complicated having to download the app and open an account.

The new remote is probably the best remote control i’ve seen in a surround system. The backlit keys are also brighter so controlling it in the dark is a breeze. the menu utilizes the small led panel on the speaker strip to scroll through settings.

This soundbar still roars and it is far better than this nakamichi. This system lacks any directional audio detail. The center speaker is far inferior to my tv speaker and i am constantly shutting it off.

System has sync issues from bar to both subs. The subs crackle randomly even when no audio is being played. Bluetooth subs and side speakers lose connection for about 2 seconds.

After months with this unit, it is just unsatisfactory. That is why you see so many people trying to dump this garbage. Not one of the 3. Poor execution nakamichi.

The bass is the biggest disappointment. I'm very glad i returned it and went with the sony htz9f.

If i pause a movie it will take 3 to 7 seconds to get sound again after hitting play. If i fast forward or rewind the movie it takes 5 to 10 seconds for the sound to come back on. When you rewind 10 seconds it is pointless.
