This product is horribly designed. The finish is extremely rough and abrasive with loose bits of coating coming off. Design idea in theory is great but not sturdy at all.
The hardware is absolutely useless. It pulls straight off the wall. The arm also drops down when extended, before clothes were even hung. Purchased my own heavy duty(150lb) anchors and still pulled out.
Lightweight but sturdy. Holds 3 large loads. Easy to set up and to fold. Assembled from the box.
