Second belly strap is super close to his *. All areas of contact are adjustable. Second strap lands geographically across my boys.

Small won't fit a jack russel. The back strap is inconvenient.

The blue one is for my largest dog and i din't have to make any adjustments at all. My only minor complaint is the stiffness of the plastic snap buckles.

This harness is very well made, fits my border collie nicely. The xs for my 5lb chihuahua and the small for my 7 1/2lb japanese chin. My corgi is 15lbs but still growing so i bought a size small. Bought for my little jack russell cookie.

The two buckles are impossible to open. It’s very loose in the front and can’t use the front clip. It has 3 quick release's on belly and neck, but this one only has it on the belly.
