The most bitter thing ever, i am not sure how people can have it and say it is not that bad. It literally made me sick and did not calm me.

Her mood improves and she gets a solid night's sleep. She's much happier with this and that makes my mama heart happy too! I tend to give it to my children if i know we are going to have a stressful event ahead of us.
