Blue diamond 3lb almond flour is versatile. Found gf almond flour in the stores was impossible. The flour is finely ground and the price is less expensive than others.

Only complaint is sometimes the bag is not resealed well. It’s suuuupee fine, dry (not oily/clumpy) and keeps well. The reseal package helps a lot.

Product is not fine. It's very oily and clumpy. Kind of reminds me of cornmeal. This is a pass for me--too gritty, but others may love it.

To use a velcro style enclosure for a bag of powdery stuff like a flour is idiotic. The fine flour gets within the velcro making it impossible to seal properly. I normally use almond flour from costco which doesn't hv this issue.

The bag is one of the stupidest packages i have come across. I bet if i saved every bit that was leftover it would be a quarter of the bag. The other bag is ok. It is mediocre.

Almond flour is ground so fine it makes other brands look like grits. Less 'grainy' texture. I make my kid almond flour pancakes every morning.

Blue diamond is way more fine. Not at all. It’s very coarse. I make macarons and need a smooth consistency and this was very grainy. It is worthless.
