Black, unresponsive, dead. Seems to be a compatibility issue. Customer service is non existent. Switched carries to another that it says will work on.
For $30, you get a phone that has solid hardware specs, a decent version of android os. This phone is a miracle for $30.
You won't be disappointed. Seriously, it does everything i need it to, and more. Would recommend for sure.
