Black, unresponsive, dead. Seems to be a compatibility issue. Customer service is non existent. Switched carries to another that it says will work on.
This is the second refurbished phone i have gotten. I would def recommend refurbished phones to all my friends, it saves a lot of money. If you want a samsung phone with expandable memory the galaxy s20 renewed is the way to go.
Everything works wonderfully! Great price. Easy to set up. Great pics. No problems. Great feature set.
