I do two full droppers a day and it helps me keep my panic attacks down to manageable. It clams my nerves ands gets me ready for a good nights sleep. Helps me relax and eases all the mental chatter i get at bed time.

In any event, this is water down. This is the fifth time i'm using this and honestly i don't see no difference in my sleep pattern as a matter fact i believe is taking me longer now to fall to sleep this is not working for me!
